Mayor Cr John Sidoti with Australian Idol Star Sabrina at Westfield Burwood  opening Christmas celebrations at Kmart. John celebrated the christmas time of the year with Sabrina with cutting a christmas cake for friends, family and media of Burwood.

John sidoti attended the Korean National Day Reception and had a great day. Would like to thank all the people that came.

Attended the Italian National day Service and celebrations at wharf 8 in the presence of political leaders , community leaders, and members of the italian community.

Attended a function with the guest speaker  The Leader of the NSW opposition in which  Barry O Farrel met with business and community leaders in the Italian community.

CLR Sidoti attends a morning tea at state Parliament organised by Councillor Vince Deluca of Waringah Council and the Honourable Marie Ficcara MLC to celebrate “Australias biggest morning tea” to raise money and awareness for the Cancer Council.

The final meeting for the Burwood planning Panel. Deliberation on the work done over a 2 year period on the DCP and LEP which determines guide lines for development and planning instruments for the area.

Dinner invitation to the Burwood RSL club by Burwood Rotary club. A wonderful evening celebrating an organisation that epitamises the wonderful work done for the community.

Sunday 31st May 09 The Natio service was attended by Councillor John Sidoti at Burwood Park. A day of rememberance and respect.

May 15th 09 The official opening of the MLC school after extensive renovations. Special guest The Governor General of Australia Mrs Quentin Bryce. Many thanks and congratulations to the Principle Mrs Barbara Stone and all the wonderful teachers and staff.
